About the Program: Done in 3 phases, this on-going exercise of theatre workshops, theatre performances, and various campaigns that are run in an organization by OT, falls under our Level 4 - "Theatre for Organizational Change" work. In this series, an organization looks inward to make those changes possible at an Org level by including every stake-holder, with each of their needs and wants addressed and thereby involving a larger number of people to make it a community in an organization driven towards long term change.

This workshop was integrated along with situations that were presented from the day to day working challenges around various biases faced by Employees who were asked to respond, react and intervene on case studies presented by our actors.

Three specific stories around Diversity and Inclusion (LGBTQ+ In specific) we played in front of the employees seeking dialogue and a community based resolution if one encounters such a problem at work
