About the Program: Done in 3 phases, this on-going exercise of theatre workshops, theatre performances, and various campaigns that are run in an organization by OT, falls under our Level 4 - "Theatre for Organizational Change" work. In this series, an organization looks inward to make those changes possible at an Org level by including every stake-holder, with each of their needs and wants addressed and thereby involving a larger number of people to make it a community in an organization driven towards long term change.

About the Program: This 4-hour workshop was for a group of 150 HR with first workshop on collaboration, then the participants were broken into smaller teams to devise 5 Shakespeare plays

About the Program: This 2-day program with the focus on the art of story telling. In an organization there were a variety of situations that one could use story telling as a methodology to convey, communicate and inspire team members, leaders and other stake holders within an organiztion.

About the Program: This 1-Day theatre Intervention for employees was around the theme of Unconscious Bias. This workshop was integrated along with situations that were presented from the day to day working challenges around various biases faced by Employees who were asked to respond, react and intervene on case studies presented by our actors.

About the Program: This 2-hour Intervention was done in a format called social theatre for all the employees in DB across 4 cities. Three specific stories around Diversity and Inclusion (LGBTQ+ In specific) we played in front of the employees seeking dialogue and a community based resolution if one encounters such a problem at work
