A long-term program is designed to address various challenges of employees helping them shift from one role to another role. Every single session is theatre based.
This program is built with elements of working in a virtual/hybrid setting. The program design comprises of a series of short bursts of in person workshop, followed by our dedicated LMS and coaching sessions aligned to create greater impact.
